Workshop 1 encourages developing individual approaches to design practice. The studio's multi-disciplinary approach integrates research into meaningful design processes, documentation and outcomes. The potential of design-as-inquiry immerses students in critical issues, contemporary expectations and precedents. This is a self-directed course which leads into Workshop 2
Concept
My concept is to combine my interests of music and technology to imagine the future of music. Workshop 1 will focus primarily on researching how music has been used outside of entertainment value to form a foundation on exploring the future of music.

Pill Bottle
The Musick pill bottle represents music through commodification, monotony and Muzak. It does this through the prescription analogy of hyper-catered AI music.
