Graphic Designer & Packaging Designer 

• Created the graphic design department offering a suite of design, packaging, photography and print services.
• Created a new design language and established creative consistency through all visual aspects of the brand.
• Collaborate with all 4 departments of the company to establish the graphic design department as an essential branch.
• Work directly with hundreds of clients to build their private label brand from the ground up.
• Overhaul client printing mockups by implementing new processes, QA, and print standards to ensure high-quality output from the print department with the outcome of higher customer satisfaction, consistent output and reduction in errors.
• Create logos, package designs, catalogues, and product photography for the brand and for clients.
• Maintain and create website content, photo assets and marketing materials, leading to increased product or service awareness, quicker sales of new products, and increase in sales of existing products.
• Implement file structures, design and labeling processes, as well as establishing workflows and project management tools within the company. This allows departments to communicate and collaborate efficiently though the entire process of a product order, identify problem areas and implement solutions as soon as they arise in an organized, consistent manner.

Graphic Designer & Production Coordinator

Began an internship in July 2017, followed by a long-term position handling creative work, project leadership and client relations at a design/development startup. My responsibilities included;

• Created presentation graphics, infographics, motion graphic assets, web content and videos.
• Assembled and edited client deliverables.
• Supported assigned projects with thorough documentation of digital asset usage, design decisions and processes.
• Oversaw production work of graphic design team and conducting QA.
• Performed research and synthesis of visual concepts.
