Frank's RedHot Brand Refresh

Brief
Refresh a current line of consumer products

Concept 
Refresh the aging branding and graphics for the popular household Franks RedHot line of hot sauces. I standardized the front graphics into distinct categories: Brand name, Flavour, Flavour Subtext and Slogan. As for the back of the label. I cut down on some of the romance copy by replacing the “food you can put the sauce on” with icons that will double as a design element. This saves space and compliments the design. The colour scheme is simplified by a flat background with gradient lines. The gradient lines are a nod to the current design, while the flat background will pop off the shelf. The mascot will tie the current marketing campaigns to the current line of products. 

Three SKU's are Original, Buffalo and X-tra Hot. The design is refreshed and modern, but not too drastic, as current customers would not be alienated.
